Breve, Copenhague - desejo de liberdade, em lingua inglêsa
Gabriel grew up surrounded by faith. Born into a strong Christian tradition, he learned the church’s prayers, hymns, and customs from an early age. Yet, over time, what should have been a personal conviction became merely a legacy—a faith that was repeated but never truly chosen. Weary of living what he views as an automatic spirituality, Gabriel makes a radical decision: to take a "vacation from God."
Determined to prove he can forge his own destiny without religion, he leaves São Paulo for Copenhagen, carrying with him only dreams of success, independence, and a life free from spiritual obligations. Amidst the Scandinavian cold, new encounters, opportunities, and challenges begin to shape his journey. Yet, the more he tries to distance himself from the faith that defined his childhood, the more questions life seems to place in his path.
Amidst professional achievements, silent crises, and conversations that stir his conscience, Gabriel discovers that running away from God may be harder than he imagined. And just as his life seems to be crumbling—precisely when he believes he is in control—a single sentence echoes like an unexpected calling:
— "You know, Gabriel, sometimes God breaks us in order to rebuild our faith in a different way."
On a journey spanning two continents—and deep within his own heart—Gabriel must discover whether faith is merely an inherited habit... or a choice capable of completely transforming the course of his life.
